Day 3, still no internet

Overall Afrihost is usually on top of things. However as soon as the 1st of November rolled over my fixed wireless service has stopped working. Nothing changed on my side and everything was working up until the last day of October.

Contact made with Afrihost has resulted in an "escalation" and a promise to check with someone higher up the food chain with little to no feedback.
