Database issue -No resolution, No feedback

<p>I have been liasing with Afrihost regarding my hosting database for a our website.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been unable to link the database. I get told it will be done and someone will get back to me, but after hours of emailing back and forward (and complete silence for the last 2 hours) I have yet to get any resolution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our website is currently down, and I need to up Urgently. Urgent doesnt seem to be a word that Afrihost is fami**** with. It doesnt seem like afrihost wants our continued business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Completely unnacceptible. Slow/No responces on my emails, no resolution, no urgency. I have completed another website upload, designed it and its gone live in the time its taken Afrihost to do nothing. This is obviously with another hosting company...</p> <p> </p> <p>Afrihost, pull yourself towards yourself.. perhaps migrating to another host is preferable to you?</p> <p> </p>
