Data vanished

I am solely disappointed with Afrihost way of rigging innocent people, I recently got a router (home wifi package) and was allocated about 16gig data which I fairly enjoyed for about 12 days an average of 1,009gig per day, when it depleted I decided to top up data which came to abt 15gig on intervals of 5gigs top up in a spave of 3hrs. When I woke up in the morning all the data was gone, showing zero. I contacted afrihost yesterday sunday morning, spoke to Triszenia who was understanding and who said she can see some discrepancies on the way the data is showing and will escalate it to another section and they would get back to me. Today i phone afrihost only to be told I am the one at fault I should check my device etc, and I should download glasswire to trace my data usage, how on earth can I deplete 15gig on in less than 3 hours on a device yet I have used the same device for 12 days and it took 16gig, now because I am making a top up the data just vanishes. Please afrihost look into my account and correct this mess :(
