Data theft and nobody at Afrihost can HELP

I am very unhappy with Afrihost services. I signed up for the Mobile XS from my MTN sim in 2018. It worked well until 6 months ago when data disappears in 3 days. I have tried calling and getting technical assistance but nothing seems to work,Bear in mind that I have 3 such contracts. It was 4 contracts in past and Afrihost could no resolve the issue on one mobile xs number.After 6 months of trying then I just gave up and cancelled that contract and cried about my losses. This is now repeating the data loss theft and again trying to get Afrihost technical team to assist for past 5 months. If this is not resolved by Friday then I will be cancelling the second contract. If Afrihost does not stop the mobile data theft then I will eventually cancel every one of my contracts one by one. I have fixed term contracts with the Monopolistic Vodacom and Mtn but Afrihost is chasing its customers away to the evil competition. Very unhappy customer after 20 phone calls and endless hours on the phone to stop the theft...Naresh ***
