Data SIM ordered 2 weeks ago - order still pending

I ordered a data SIM card on 28 January 2016. In the past I have placed a similar order and received it within 72 hours. It has now been almost 2 weeks and their online Clientzone system still says the order is pending. After multiple emails and responses to apologize and that the order will be processed, the system still says pending and nothing has been delivered. Payment for the orders (pro-rata for January 2016 and February 2016 was already processed).<br> <br> I have never complained before, but this is unacceptable.
