Data Missing

<p>Hi Afrihost,</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is my data? I logged a ticket on the 28th last month informing you of slow internet access, which at the time I had 2GB remaining.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that I received a capped message, where did the 2GB go? second to that a couple of days later when I checked the portal I noticed that on the 1st-2nd the usage was supposedly +-5GB now how the **** is that possible given that my data card was not plugged in? can someone explain to me what the hell is going on here and I want my data back.</p>
