Data lost

<p>For the third time in the past 18 months all my emails disappeared from my inbox. The first two times Afrihost manage to retrieve my data from their backup server. The third time however, after I've spoken to Robin, Natasha, Thabo, Ria(manager) and several other people, I've been informed that they don't guarantee that their backup server will keep a backup of my data and that they are unable to retrieve my emails. Everything for the past 18 months are just gone and Afrihost are just shrugging their shoulders. Without exception, all of them promised to phone me back, including the manager. Not one of them phoned me back. Without exception, I've been told that they will sort the problem out..their service and attitude are just absolutely shocking!!!!</p>
