Data gone with the wind

When I first started off using Afrihost, I was so amazed and impressed with them that I even got it for my house. I currently have a 40gig LTE at home and a 3 gig a month on my phone. Of late, the 40 gigs at home barely lasts till the 15th of the month and dont get me started on the 3 gigs on my phone. Its like they aren't really crediting me with the full gigs I pay for because there is no way that I am using this much on my phone when Im surrounded by wifi and there is no way my home wifi can get used up so fast as we are hardly home. Im actually considering going back to the brands which can give what they promise as Afrihost seems like its a one day wonder now.

Deeply upset and disappointed
