Data disappearing Afrihost

I have had months of my data disappearing and today I am fed up . . . The IP address on the log sent to me both belong to Afrihost and even in the log you can see some data discrepancies. I have not used my device for the last two weeks and yesterday I was out of town, device turned off and according to them I used over 1.45 GB, that is impossible isn't it . . . Tried to contact them via direct Live Chat on the website and the new Whatsapp service but no luck . . . This is my money spent on data not used by me and Afrihost needs to explain and fix the problem!
