DATA BREACH, YOUR HOSTED ENVIROMENTS ARE NOT SAFE

My entire site and data stored within my hosted environment have gone missing. The entire site firstly. But from what I saw the entire wwwroot folder including my data folder that stored some important documentation and code backups has also gone missing.... No one can tell me what has happened. All I want is their IIS logs and FTP access logs, but no one is willing to help me. Clearly their system is flawed as I have seen other people on hello peter complain about the same issue. Good luck to when the data regulator comes into play next year as this will be their first case. BE WARNED YOUR DATA IS NOT SAFE WITH AFRIHOST. IF my site can magically go missing imagine what could happen with databases and client details..... DONT USE THEM. IT IS A RISK TO DO SO
