Data added to a suspended account
I was so excited to join the isp, but when one digit was missing from my bank account number the sent a message 5 days after, I was away in limpopo and had no sound connection to process the payment, the account was suspended and more was added to the account so that I can pay more.<br> <br> The I called they said I should have stopped the service, I paid on the 27 and my account my re opened with 40gb, who uses 40gb in three days? After month end the forfeited the data and was billed again. The same happened to my friends, its a trend now.
