Cut over time

Good day

Iv had no internet for 4 days now. iv called and asked and used the Whatsapp chat a number of times but its super delayed aswell due to high volumn.

I was even told that there is no stock of the D-Link APs so i went out of my way to get the exact same one as it still has not been delivered. All i am waiting for is my migration process to be completed, Afrihost says it will take 48 Hours.

How can i speed this up,i have not been able to work now for 4 days. I specifically moved to Afrihost as i was told about their brilliant service and turn around time.

I am starting to wonder if i have made the correct choice in changing ISPs
