Cut off before reaching cap

<p>Today my mobile data was cut off before I reached my cap. I logged a fault and it took more than an hour for my service to be returned with no explanation given. Afrihost are also not interested in compensating me for the inconvenience they caused me. I suppose you get what you pay for cheap junk.</p>
