CUSTOMERS - JUST ANONTHER NEEDLE IN THEIR HAY STACK

I would just like to inform everyone of the poor service from Afrihost.

I have been with Afrihost for a number of years now, and recently got retrenched 11 months ago. I unfortunately am not able to pay them on the 1st of every month. I have NEVER not paid for any amounts paid. now they cancel my account, that I cant get into their Client Zone to change the product information for the next month, as I can afford to pay that amount anymore.

I have to fill in their form regarding an update to my account, yet all the information that they have on their system has been the same for all the years Ive been with them. If I cant access this sill website of theirs, I wont be able to do anything. Doesn't seem I can even cancel this service until my account is active by paying a small amount of R20.00 . All I know, I will not pay 1c until my account is canceled. As I have sent their accounts department numerous of email requesting this.
