Customer Support - What a Joke

I have been in contact with Afrihost for 4 weeks trying to get a transfer of domain completed as I was having difficulty with the guide they have. I would always get an error, I then contacted support.

Support tried to help originally, then a week went by, so I asked for an update and was told that senior technicians would be working on it. Now 2 weeks later I ask for more feedback on the issue as I have heard nothing from them.

I was told to read the guides and follow instructions, then when I said that the problem I had was with a particular error, I was told to just delete my domain and then recreate it. How is this a transfer? Anyway the guide doesn't work and when I pointed out the guide is then just a lie as transfers cannot happen like how they say, I was told to do it myself - Really great support...

Anyways, I really wish I could take back all my feedback from the previous times I was "assisted" by Afrihost, because it turns out I was just **** to. Please heed this warning, Afrihost customer support is useless, much better to do things yourself or go with another company.
