Customer Support makes empty promises

In a very competitive market customer service is how you keep customers.

I am highly disappointed in this ISP. Their agents should be trained to provide a world class service not 3rd world compliance. In my case it is not the problem that annoys me (BTW 5 days later and still not resolved) its the promises the support staff provide. I dealt with 8 different agents all advising me that they will call me back with an update but nobody bothers.
