Customer Service Useless as Always

Afrihost is useless!! just as telkom is useless!! stay FAR away people. <br> I have been having endless problems with my ADSL line and all they try and do is insult <br> my intelligence by saying everything is fine on there side. I send test results to them with screenshots<br> and no reply. They just dont give a **** but they take our money at the end of the day. I have seen numerous <br> other complaints with EXACTLY the same problems i have been having and its not the first time, its a continuous battle with them. I wont wish this on anyone else so if i can give you the best piece of advise : <br> Stay away from Telkom and Afrihost.
