Customer service mishap

<p>I requested my package be changed Waied the whole month of Jan and come 1 Feb they forgot to do it. Tell me the only option I have is to wait for 1 March.... Uterly disgusting and worst service ever. I hate Afrihost for wasting my time and for not caring about what they do.</p>
