Customer service from hell

Since my first complaint not one person has called or contacted me tried to resolve my issue see why I am putting afrihost on hello Peter probably don't care about the company name being tarnished at all. I am so new to afrihost and they can't even get vuma reach to complete a simple installation, two weeks now I'm still waiting it's escalation after escalation, agent to agent, today I'm told that vuma reach is the issue in creating my 3rd line not afrihost but, I signed up and paid afrihost yet still in working from one family members home to another this is crucial to my work to have internet, if you guys as afrihost can't assist me with Wi-Fi just tell me straight, now I need to hear my address my be confirmed after the technicians were already at my place to instal but due to an error on vuma reach side the wrong line was opened.
