CUSTOMER SERVICE A JOKE

I used to think this is a great company but their service has gone so far down the drain that I am seriously looking for an alternative company for my hosting. The call back process is COMPLETELY USELESS AND NOT AT ALL CLIENT CENTRIC. NOT TO MENTION THE WHATSAPP PROCESS. WHAT THE HELL???????
