Customer Care non existent

I have been struggling with my FTTH at my new house for over a week now and getting very little support from Afrihost even after they sold me the world when signing up. I received a mail over the weekend to say that they can't connect me because there is no infrastructure at the premises, I rep**** saying that we are new tenants taking over and there is an existing CPU. No reply.

I then tried their WhatsApp chat and was told to contact VUMA to get a Object Number which I did and VUMA said that they can not because object numbers change constantly and the ISP needs to do this via their service delivery manager. I got back on the WhatsApp chat and the guy who helped me told me again to phone VUMA which I explained what had just happened and he then told me I must find the previous tenants and get the Object Number from them which is honestly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I have been a tenant in 2 previous houses and if a stranger phoned me saying they live in my previous house and they need an object number I wouldn't know what to tell them.

I then get on the call centre to speak to someone else who seems as though she was willing to help me started giving me sass like she was doing me a favour. She then tells me a completely different story and I ask to be transferred red to customer care, she puts me on hold for 5 mins and then gets back on the line and says they don't have customer care but I can log a complaint on the app. But when you go on the app there is nothing to log a complaint whats so ever. You can order products and everything else but you can't log a complaint.

I don't understand why Afrihost is making this so incredibly difficult to get a service from them, and making as many barriers and hurdles to jump through to just get some help.

I would love to speak to someone from a customer care position but according to the call centre agent they don;'t have such a service.
