Crazy bill

So as im trying to cancel subscription with these they want to charge me R1000 because they gave me a router on a special which i paid for R1000...How mad must you guys be to pull stunts like these...im not even with u guys 14days and your customer service sucks....i wont recommend anyone to you guys...you can take your router to hell with you guys...
