**** fibre speed

Please sort the ****py fibre out I have beared with the slow speed but now I can’t deal with it any more , I have a 10mb fibre package but I get 0,24 and sometimes I will have 4mb , but I don’t pay for the 4mb I pay for the 10mb please sort it out
