cool as cucumber Sandile

After having really unstable fibre connection, i'd to disconnect from an important zoom conference (and can't re-join due to host's setting). super disappointed and frustrated, as there's no fault detected where i stay; i phoned the call centre to file a complaint and was ready to kxk someone up if I don't like the reply from the other side. To my superise, it's the super cool and empathetic Sandile who answered the call, not only was he very calm and patient to run tests with me, he also does his best to show empathy and understanding. Best part is, after he learnt I'd changed my plan for the day since i can't attend the conference, he promised to call me back to find out if my line would be back to normal, and he walk his talk! A person like this definitely can't go w/o praise and unnoticed, m i'm sure he's got his management backs him to perform!
