Continuous low speeds with no resolution for over a year now!

Numerous connectivity issues, bad service when trying to communicate issues, issues never resolved, long waiting periods, lack of after hours support, lack of support. I pay for 250/250 wifi and get maximum 60/42 most days. Have tried everything to get them to fix but still nothing works - very frustrating
