Continually neglecting to address issue

<p>I've spent 5 hours repeating an issue to 2 seperate sources on Afrihost attempting to have them answer a direct question for adding a DNS record.<br /><br />The issue is the Interface is giving me errors when trying to add the required record data.<br /><br />The entire day I've had Afrihost explain where to find the interface I am using and the send screenshots of the interface I'm using. <br /><br />At no point did they address the issue that the ****ing interface doesn't accept the data required.</p>
