CONNECTIVITY
I ran out of data on Friday evening, I then bought top up. I still couldn't connect with the R10 , so I tried again and again. Eventually I noted that I had bought about 7 gig's. I then logged into the site, managed to down load a small "book converter app" which wasn't even half a gig worth. We went to town, and when I returned, internet was off. I tried logging in, but nothing. I've disconnected my device, laptop, mobile. I've taken sim out and put back in, I"ve called customer service at least 8 times since Saturaday and every time I get a different person, with a different story. Now I am told I have 6 gigs, but no data... ***?? Then I am told I used the 6 gigs???? On what? I couldn't connect. I am not getting any luck and I've only had this for 2 weeks. Now I have paid for a service, than I am not receiving.....

31 Oct 2017, 09:49I have finally managed to speak to someone - that actually makes sense at Afrihost. I was in the wrong to jump to conclusions, and would like to apologise for my tantrum. I believe that I have data updates running in the backround of all my other devises - regardless of me using them. I have been enlightened on how I must turn the data updates off and/or onto manual updates only. This will definately be monitored. My apologies once again to Afrihost.
