Connection suspended

I only get paid on the 3rd of each month so my debit order with Afrihost is always a little late, however, I ALWAYS pay it via EFT by the 3rd but now they have completely susprended my connection!!! What is up with that??? Someone in management needs to contact me urgently and resolve this TODAY or I will simply stop paying and Afrihost can terminate my connection for all I care! Extremely ********* and reprehensible behaviour from the supposed "No 1" ISP in the country! What a joke!
