Conflicting Information

Extremely disappointed with Afrihost's customer service. I submitted a cancellation notice within the required timeframe, but was met with conflicting information and unfulfilled promises. Despite being told it would be fine to cancel on the 31st, they're now demanding payment. The lack of follow-through and communication from management is appalling. Agents telling customers not to raise their voices is unacceptable.
