I am amazed at the excellent service and assistance I had the pleasure of experiencing with Ms Musi Busisiwe on Sunday, 14 July 2024. I am a 65 year old technically challenged person and Ms Musi helped manage set up my email with such great patience, professionalism and compassion. I have many deadlines and was really stressed out but her kindness and understanding eased the pressure and frustration I had been feeling up to the point Musi had managed to set up my email account.
