Completely Usless Service from start to finish avoid the headache and look elsewhere

Completely Useless Bunch, i called to ask what the procedure was with ordering a new fiixed LTE service told the sim card would be delivered then they would take the payment......not only have they failed to advise that my sim card is out for delivery (which it still isn't) as the courier still hasn't called!!!! but they also tried to take the payment just now!!! completely **** service from start to finish with Afrihost... Are there actually any companies in SA that can offer great customer service???
