Completely unresponsive support from Afrihost while site hosting and email remain down.

I currently have a website and email address hosted on Afrihost, over the last few weeks I've been receiving emails from the domain registrar for my site stating that Afrihost is not in compliance with their guidelines for the domain and that immediate action needs to be taken or the domain will be put on hold, I sent this message on the Afrihost support, they told me not to worry about it. I continued to receive these warning clearly stating my domain will be put on hold and continued to try get answers or resolution from Afrihost, after multiple attempts to contact their support I received no resolution and no answers.

My site has now been put on hold as was clearly stated in the warning messages and it seems Afrihost is now ignoring any of my attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, the email hosting is my work email so the longer it is down the more severe the repercussions are for me. It is an incredibly urgent matter and even after attempting to contact Afrihost support by all possible means I have yet to make contact with a single person.
