Completely unhelpful when issues arise

Works during the day, but at about 9 pm every evening service gets useless. 4mbps line that can't load youtube videos without stopping to buffer regularly, much less any form of online gaming. Pinging Google.co.za with 500 packets results in a 10 percent loss of packets. Reported the issue to Afrihost, was told it's a line issue on Telkom's side and that I would be kept informed as to progress on fixing it. At time of writing this review, that was over 2 weeks ago, with absolutely no communication (aside from an sms immediately after calling the help centre asking for a review of how helpful the agent was) forthcoming.
