Completely *********** and disinterested.

I app**** with Afrihost for an uncapped fibre line over a month ago. I have a live fibre line in the home already. I have the router, delivered by Afrihost. No configuration or connection to date. I have called multiple times and been in to their head office twice. Afrihost is uninterested in completing the job. Many excuses and takes no blame whatsoever.
