Complete lack of decent customer service.

Early November no service for days, early December again no service. I keep getting asked to reset the ONT etc when troubleshooting with an agent on their side. This has subsequently resulted in a fibre breakage by the ONT. It took TT Connect 4 days to send someone out to repair! Then again this evening the fibre is down. 24-72 hour turn around time now. I am so sick and tired of dealing with Afrihost and TT Connect. How are these companies evening in business? Service is appalling, full of apologies and incapable of providing a decent service.
