Complaint

Good day

I am trying to cancel / terminate my services with Afrihost. I have settled the entire amount they confirmed I owe.

I am not receiving any help from their accounts team. I spoke to Lunga who refused to give me his professional details. I spoke to numerous individuals. I sent a query via email and no response.

I am okay with how they do things and with their level of service. I am not asking them to change. I do however want my services cancelled.

Although the package I took is cheap and my money is not worth their help, I do need their assistance in taking my cents elsewhere. They can remain with their high net worth clients who they treat well.

I settled their bill, the money I owed them and I now want to cancel.

If this message can be delivered to Gian Visser please because maybe he can assist.
