complaint - bad service

i have to work from home but cannot connect via vpn to our server. our IT guys have tried everything, but says the problem is with afrihost settings. afrihost says they do not block vpn and i must change a setting. i have done so, still can not connect. when i connect via my cell phone, it goes through smoothly. i tried to phone afrihost and waiting time was 19 minutes, 43 minutes later i am still holding on. my airtime is running out and the holding time keeps on getting longer!!!!!
