Complaint about poor customer service

<p>I have been an Afrihost customer for nearly 10 years and have been satisifed with their service up until now. However, this Sunday I logged a call with them, which is still not resolved, despite two emails I have sent to their customer service department over the last 36 hours asking them to please call me, no-one has called or made contact with me via email to fix the problem. Tomorrow it will be three days without a resolution and I'm wondering if they still respect my business, even though I have two packages with them and have referred other people to their company, over the last 10 years. <br />Wake up Afrihost and take care of your customers!</p> <p> </p>
