Complaint

Vuma.com came to install fibre and we choose Afrihost and contacted afrihost to come and activate ours, we app**** and was assisted on whatsapp till we made payments. The following day I got an email (We have received some feedback regarding your fibre installation with reference AH2##**%×@##

The provider has advised that the area is not live yet, & there is no ETA at this stage on when it’s going live)

We decided to cancel and get a refund as we will be working from home we cant wait for a "pre-order"

Afrihost promised us our refund and the due date has even passed. When we call our calls keep on been transfered from one person to another, from one department to another.
