COMMENDABLE SERVICE

Great service from Afrihost. Interacted with a few of the guys there and they were all very patient with my technology challenges as they tried to fix my connection problem. Today, Happy called me while I was at work,I informed him that I was at work he should call around 5pm. At exactly 5:00pm his call came through and he tried to diagnose what the problem was, he was very patient with me, guiding me on what to do, I made a lot of mistakes such as downloading incorrect things but he didn't lose it. We literally spent 1hour30minutes on the phone and computer (multitasking) fixing the problem. Applause to him, and the Afrihost staff I interacted with on WhatsApp. Great service!
