Poor reception at the main gate… Once seated the consultant never introduced himself… when enquiring about the “ready for collection email” Sorry we do not have your device in stock… That’s the extent of his apology could not give a damn. He also made the comment that I was not the first issue in this regard for the day… Why not mail everyone and let us know? I now need to travel to the offices Again once they let me know. Why must I be inconvenienced because of their system issues...</p>
