Collection fee

Been waiting 8 weeks for home fiber installation, haven't heard a single word from Afrihost or Octotel. So I cancelled the service, one hour later I receive a invoice for the router they sent 8 weeks ago and I will be debited the same day! I called them to tell them I don't need the router because they could once again not deliver the service they offer. After much debating, the invoice for the router disappeared and I am invoiced again R99 for the collection fee for the router! FOR WHAT? They haven't delivered ANY service now they want me to pay to send the router back!

Ridiculous!
