Clueless Customer Service Staff

Customer service staff is clueless. Have been trying to take advantage of the 1GB promotion for the last few months with no success.

Customer service staff are clueless as to how to assist. They advised me to cancel my current package twice. This has not worked. Very sneaky with their alleged promotions.
