CLUELESS AFRIHOST

Bought a new domain and hosting, i am now trying to give this domain to a new client zone account, when i try to login to the client zone it says my account is disabled, i was requested to send a color copy of my ID to ***, i did that several times but still my account is disabled

I then tried getting assistance using the whatsapp chat group, the agents there are clueless and keep telling me to wait, its been 1 week now

SHOULD I CANCEL MY SERVICES WITH YOU AND MOVIE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE?
