Close to tears with frustration

It has been a week of 2hrs on 1 day off. I have given my address & GPS location multiple times & I am STILL not connected to the internet. Every time I get told it has been escalated to the development team and then nothing. Nobody has contacted me to do a follow-up & certainly nobody from the development team. When will I have the connectivity that I paid for?
