Clients Service,Unable to read queries/

OK so I have been double billed for My domains and Afrihost plus.<br> I signed up for Afrihost plus yesterday, I used a trial Month in November, Cancelled it and signed up again 7th Jan. I was charged for it and my account Debited on the 27th instead of the 1st. I have not been debit that early and should not have been. so ofc it bounced. I then resolved the account early Jan and upgraded my data, I had Just over R 300 arrears to pay, I did so. The Upgrade was just over R160. OK account settled.....Then I receive an email stating I owe money....Unsuccessful DO. so it put what I had settled back on the account. I have been trying to get someone to sort this out. No one looks at account notes or anything. I do not owe a thing for the unpaid DO as I sorted that out in Client zone. I do owe for the new Afrihost Plus, But this should come off the R99 that was charged for the one I did not have.<br> In closing, Account should reflect a positive balance, Also note, Not once have I received the double data for my upgrade in client zone. No one seems to get it. Please help
