clients become victims

I am very upset with the ethical treatment of clients accounts from Afrihost. My account was suspended in Dec, fully my own choice, but for Jan and Feb they still charged me full price. When i queried it, they said they had to charge because they have allocated me the data. I then queried as to how they can allocate data on a suspended account two months in a row and expect the client to pay for something they dont have access to? This is not a contract subscription. I do not recommend using Afrihost purely for their willingness to blindside their clients/victims.
