I wanted to re-connect my fiber service. The process was very long and you had to do a complete new application. Re-connection is very unpleasant experiece. I was also told that the 30/30 package were not available to me since it was only for new subscribers. I then found another reputable national service provider offering 30/30 internet to any account, new or existing at R399 p/m, almost R200 cheaper than Afrihost, clearly indicating that Afrihost is *********** their loyal cliets.
