Client zone staff pathetic

I have been signed up for a month now and still does not have good connection and still waiting for visit to change cables - afrihost never even logged my request! The client zone staff is pathetic! Im waiting for a call back from a person who can speak afrikaans, maybe someone will then understand and fix my problems. And they dont have official channels or email to complain re service.
