Afrihost is a waste of time, from their support to management to accounts. The clientzone is a joke, the support team can't use their brain they need to check with a manager, no one knows what's going on. They should just employ managers maybe we will get support.

They debit immediately with no service. Their consultants are well spoken, well mammered but every id10t you speak to logs a ticket but nothing gets resolved... They dont have support contact center, they have a suppression contacts center( supply the consumer with bull, suppress his anger and give him a ticket as if someone is gonna attempt to do anything) I can host an event and sell tickets for Justin Bieber if he decides to come to South Africa, with the amount I have and I'm only a client for about a week.

They a joke, it's one big circus.
